Instagram Multi-Account switching

Instagram has been testing this features in the last few months. They made it official and now they will allow multi-account support from its app. We will now be able to use multiple accounts from the same device. So glad that Instagram made it easier for users like ME to manage multiple accounts.

You just need to add the account from the settings menu and once its set up, just click the username on top of your profile and swap between them. Instagram new version will be released this week to both IOS and Android

Just Smile

I love happy posts. I love how we can turn an unpleasant situation into a happy one. I do not like seeing my children sick. I feel so helpless when they are. I have a 3 year old BOY, keyword BOY. He has a lot of energy so when he is sick it does not only affect him, it affects everyone around him. He is the life of the house.
I love making him happy and I will do anything possible to make him happy even if that means spoiling him to make him feel better. I trust TYLENOL will do its work and bring him back to a happy, full of energy boy.

The makers of TYLENOL®, are inviting anyone 18 and older to share a photo that makes them smile on Each photo approved & shared will trigger a $1.00 donation from TYLENOL® to Children’s Health Fund.
Please upload your happy children picture, the one that reminds us that everything is great at

A picture says a thousand words…

I started this journey back in April 2013… I did it because I was always tired and did not have enough energy to play with my son. I work full-time and to come home to fully charged 2 year old was like mission impossible. Until I slowly started looking into eating healthy and finding the right “plan” or “diet” for me.

I met Audrey and it completely changed my views on eating healthy. I did not want to do it because I was overweight or any healthy issues. I did it because for ME and my family. I did not like how clothes looked on me. I did not like the Isi I saw in the mirror.

I started eating right and noticing it on the scale and clothes.  Shakeology changed my life. I started from eating all kinds of junk food and everything that always kept me bloated and tired to having energy and looking better. It is an amazing feeling to see my results and that’s  what keeps me going.

It was not easy to adjust to a new lifestyle and coming from a Dominican family that everything that we knew how to eat was not good at all. I managed to make it work for me. I am very picky but I learned to make meals that are better and that I could actually enjoy.I started planning ahead all my meal and  that’s where I got the results. I am still working on my body. Still learning as I go but it is an amazing feeling.

My before picture was never posted before today because I never felt comfortable showing how I looked . It took me almost a year to make that change. I was in denial but didn’t know where to start. Finally I made the decision and these are my results.

Oh No Google Reader!

I can’t believe Google Reader shuts down today. That’s my daily news of everything. That’s how I get updates on everything and gives me ideas of what to write about.  Google provided RSS service for as long as I knew about RSS feeds. But starting today there will be no more Google Reader.
I started doing my research on which RSS reader I exported my subscriptions to Feedly. Feedly made the conversion easier they have a button that export Google Reader users to their service. Now you could import all your news feed from Google Reader to Feedly.

Check out Feedly and let me know what you think :).

My Fitness Pal

When I started to change the way I ate I downloaded an app called My Fitness Pal  and out of all the ones I “tried” this one helped me the most. It helped keep track of everything I ate and how many calories I was having. You have to create a profile which you could sync with your facebook and you could find friends that are using the same App.

My Fitness Pal is available for all devices

My Fitness Pal is available for:

IOS Devices

My thoughts on My Fitness Pal….

When I first started using it I did not want to lose more than 5lb BUT it was reality check to everything I ate. So I was more self conscious about calories and everything I ate. It keeps track of all my calories and if I have anything left over. According to my weight and height I should consume 1,200 calories. I had to make sure I did not go over my limir but they were many days that I ate under my goal. It also keeps track of my calories that I burned when I worked out which is a credit to my balance. I have lost 10lb so far now I need to increase my weight in muscles I need to increase my protein .

I suggest for you to add your friends so it motivates you and keeps you on your toes. My friends could see if I haven‘t used the app in a few days. If I didn’t add my work- out etc. So it is a fun competition.

This is a MUST have application. GET IT NOW on your phone.
